MedWitness can create medical questions for use against medical witnesses at deposition and trial. The questions are designed to force the expert to properly answer all medical questions and to prevent the expert from being able to slither around or otherwise respond with scientific mumbo-jumbo. The questions tend to remove opposing counsel from the proceedings and posture the case in your favor. All questions are created by an experienced physician with legal training and experience and success in the medical-legal field.
